     Prayer time is usually at a time of peace and quiet, such as in my little corner, a chapel, church or down by the water, where I can make my request for my family, friends, acquaintances, their families, and friends; as well as my own my own, known to the Lord. Even more important, I should learn how to listen to and hear the lord and his Angels. This takes time, patience and discipline; Because I have to get my own mind quiet enough for this to happen.  
     Now sometimes in my busy schedule, my prayer time is when I'm washing dishes, doing laundry, or whatever. But,when I'm given a prayer request, that is the time say a momentary prayer, no matter what I'm doing! This is difficult for many of us, but very rewarding when the lesson is learned,         
     Being in the same place at the same time each day helps, because, this establishes a regular prayer time and place for the prayer Angels; as well as getting me there for my Lord.

     In thinking this through, I found that I had to look at every aspect of prayer that my hand has been guided to print. Then I thought about things that had not even considered yet.      
     We have considered Calming the Mind and Body; praise and thanksgiving;  Repentance; forgiveness of self and others; Exorcising bad thoughts and spirits from our selves, our prayer area; using St Patrick's prayer while developing our suit of armor; Allowing Christ Angels to guide, protect, help, and teach us.   
     Faith has been mentioned, being truthful, removing our mountains; with God I can; request praying for self and others; Prayer, discipline, Fear of God; Your thinking; developing enthusiasm; developing wisdom. 
    We discussed different forms of love; which involve at least 6 different forms of prayer.  - our daughter is developing Stewardship and Tithing.           

     We have not considered interceding prayers, the difference between praying from a distance and laying on of hands; Praying for illness and injury, and exhorting bad spirits, from others; praying anonymously.

   1.   Praying the Lord's Prayer, using the Lord's Prayer as a template and praying it line by line, paragraph by paragraph,        
   2. -  Calming the mind and body is deliberately slow, to achieve the desired calming effect.    ( Calm )    
               Learning how to listen to and understand the Lord.         
   3. -   Repentance is necessary to unload your mind and conscience of guilt.  ( Salvation )  (
   4. -   Redemption is a process that leads to forgiveness.     
   5. -   Forgiveness is necessary to unload your mind of grudges, that can impede your ability to pray for others.
   6. -  Exhorting bad thoughts and spirits from your body and prayer area is very important, because if you don't, they will do every thing possible to prevent your prayers from being effective.                     
   7. -  Praying for GOD'S protection is essential, because, if you don't the thoughts and spirits will come back with vengeance.
            Having the faith in knowing that God can and will do all things,that are good and within His plan, is essential for effective prayers.             
   8. -  Self-discipline, during your Christian Prayer times as well as your Christian walk, is essential, because, if you don't develop good discipline you will fall back into your old bad habits, mind wandering, day dreaming, talking too much, ---, and inhibit your own Christian growth.        
            Your thinking is very important, because too many bad or negative thoughts can put you back down, or at least seriously impede your Christian growth.       
   9. -  Developing Enthusiasm and Wisdom are essential to Christian growth, they will develop in time, ask your Christ Angel to help you with this.       
  10. -  Developing different forms of Christian Love comes from repentance, redemption, forgiveness; this will develop in time    
  11 -  Tithing your resources, time and finances freely and willingly, without boasting or bragging about it; is as important as prayer itself.     
            If you boast and brag too much you'll loose your blessings, therefore impeding your Christian growth.   
  12. -  Fear the Lord; is absolutely essential, for several reasons.    ( Fear the Lord )          
  13. -  Praise and Thanksgiving are essential, because, it shows the Lord that you appreciate what HE and His Angels have done, and is doing for you and those that you are praying for.    
              Without these your spiritual blessings will be greatly reduced, and your prayers will not be as effective. 
  14. -  Interceding or intercessory prayers, are always done for others, either to reinforce their prayers, or more importantly when they are incapable of praying for them-selves.      
  15. -   Prayer walk. praying while you walk.        ( Prayer Walk )    
  16. -  Praying remotely is usually safer, because you are not in the same area as the one you are praying for, BUT, this is by no means, a reason for letting your protective shield down; because, if bad spirits are involved, it won't take them long to find them to find you!    
              When you are praying in the same area as the one being prayed for, you had better have your protective shields up, because you are facing the advisory face to face!    
              When you are placing your hands directly on the one being prayed for, you had better start praying for clarity of mind and protection as long before you get there as possible; because, when you place your hands on the person, you are providing a direct path for the culprits to follow, as a stream of prayer energy going in.    
             I would not recommend the laying on of hands, until you are well grounded in the principles of faith and prayer, in and through your Lord, Jesus Christ! 
  17. -  Praying Anonymously, is not always necessary, but is handy when praying for a situation that you feel lead to pray for, but, don't feel comfortable getting too involved.     
            Yes, you are not as involved, yes, you are not in as much danger; no your prayers are not as effective 

     We will expand upon this as we feel led or inspired to do so. Some of this we Need to more our-selves.
