To have "FEAR OF THE LORD", is to have reverent* awe and respect*1 for His power, might, strength, compassion, understanding, and wisdom, of the Lord God Almighty, Yahweh. To obey His Laws; to love and thank Him for His grace and the strength that He offers you. To truly love His Son, Jesus Christ. To stand on His Promises.
* Reverent : to revere, to stand in awe of, to regard with deep respect, love and affection, to honor.
*1 Respect : To have regard or concern, to show consideration for, to view treat or consider with some reverence, courtesy; to have honor or esteem for - to a point of detail.
To fear what may happen if you do not.
