1. No Page headers the header info will be added as each page evolves the only pages that will have the name of the site and motto will be the opening page for each section of the site

7. Paragraphing so that each study is in its own paragraph on the same page, CM-4All has a good system for this. there may be several paragraphs within a subject paragraph
8. With MS Word or something compatible - we lost this with the old site

10. Ability to easily password secure pages, CM-4All has a good system for this.
11. Interactive system of anchors & links to go from page# Line# to Page# line# or from line# to line# ; hundreds of them - When we lost the old site we lost this

21. a blog page might be nice - CM-4All has a good system for this

A site category list that will allow us to properly categorize our site would be nice.- I have never seen a list that lists any categories for a CBM - The CM-4All list would have to be broken down into 4 separate lists then take parts of 3 different categories and add a few listings to make it work.

PRESENT SITE LIMITS
Will not accept a prepared page in it's prepared form - will transform it to it's own small print with no color
Will not allow any color change in the main header title - so we're stuck with gray - not purple
Font, size and color can be set by paragraph only
Will not work with anchors and links
will not work with drop boxes
Site is great for spread sheets and graphics // which this site is not
Print size can be set by viewer by using magnifier only.
the width is one size fits all
So I'm using using small 1-8 page pages rather than the 1-30 page pages in the old site The result is that if we bring the Study in from the old site there will be another 150 of these smaller pages. Appendix D will be 6 of these pages
GOOD Things about this site
Paragraphing - Allows editing a subject without the rest of the page - move paragraphs - built into tool bar
Page management - built into tool bar, - add, change page status, type of page in 1 easy step
Links built into editor, for in site link simply hi-lite the word hit link select then ok - finished
Adding picture - built into page, - load picture into browser - rite click where you want it, select picture, add it in - done
when you change pages - it always asks to save changes
When you go outside of work page - it will return to the work page.
you can test your in site links, while still in the Edit mode
